For buyers and renters alike, housing is becoming increasingly unaffordable for many Nevadans. Ryan will work on policies and initiatives to support the development of workforce housing—and he’ll work to ensure homeowners and renters are protected against runaway HOAs. Ryan is also committed to making sure that every unhoused individual has the support they need to get back on their feet and off the street. He believes we can solve our unhoused crisis while protecting the rights of property and business owners.
